Order Processing

All orders are charged at the time of purchase.

Once your order is received, we begin preparing your items. Please allow 3–12 business days for processing, depending on order volume and product availability.

Each piece is carefully handled, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. Once your order is ready, it will be securely packaged and sent out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped out within the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS processing times.

Mahika Made Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to USPS. If any issues arise during delivery, please contact USPS directly using your provided tracking number. The information available through USPS is the same information accessible to us.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale, including but not limited to earrings, nose cuffs, lip gloss, and other beauty or piercing-related products. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For all other eligible items:

Items must be unworn and in original condition. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returns may be issued as a refund to the original form of payment minus original shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, the item may be exchanged for the same or a similar item based on availability, or issued as store credit or a refund.
